@@laferrarigamer8511 If your modem is turned on and the wifi is enabled on your iPad but cannot detect the wifi network, you will need to force restart your iPad, reset all network settings, or try iOS System Recovery tool 3:54 to check if any software issue causing it to not connect to wifi.

For me your wifi is not secure unable to join
Try using another wifi and make sure it's secure. Do not use public wifi network as there're many risks associated with it.
