Right. Selfishness, entitlement, hypocrisy, double standards, and disregard for others. Also, their logic is absurd. They would sabotage themselves and others, and that way of life somehow makes sense to them.

@@tombuddy100 They're too impulsive to stop & think. They truly have the mind of a child. Most often there's some trauma at a young age & that's the age their brains stop growing. The temper tantums, the inability for accountability...like a toddler or teenager.
@@sandyheinrich2204 Right. It is still not a valid excuse. Many people have been mocked, ridiculed, or in other ways abused when they were young, including myself. There is no reason to view and treat people the way narcisissist do (even when they are old and safe), and to learn nothing from mistakes after many years have gone by.

Anything you say, can and will be used against you in the court of the Narcissist. Treat them like an opposing lawyer in a court case and give them no unnecessary information.

i'm saving all texts from my neighbor who is 81. I started off wanting to help him, a senior citizen, but now he thinks he can order me around, and insult me. How did i get here? He's trying to reel me back in. It's been a month. He doesn't like it at all, and didn't expect me to stand up to him. He's had seven wives, and has two sons who despise him. It would be so much easier if i didn't live next door to him. If he catches me outside, I'm not sure if i should just walk inside and say nothing, or be cordial/brief.
