Ive got a **** backswing,way overturned over efforted etc in and across.looks like a golfer from 100 yrs ago swinging with a jacket on! But i flow through to a great follow through so play to 5 hcp @65 yo
Marcus it seems like that leg extension happens at the start of the swing not after the club passes you?? The timing of this looks like I would have to pull my arms down to waist height and then fire the left leg???
Yes this is not happening at this point. It's an exercise the allow a phase of motion to happen which starts much earlier. It's the 'pop' to the preceding 'drop'.
Simple,,if you cant feel your wrists unhinging as you go through the ball,you,re holding onto it too tightly. The contact sound is completely different,thats how you know you got it right,even before you look up,to see a much higher ball flight than average.

Needed it to hold the theraband. It's a stand for an Olympic bar and don't worry I was well aware so all safe 👍
