Ma'am I received documents pending mail but didn't receive documents upload mail. I am confused. It is saying to submit the documents before 26 august but then my workday profile shows no tasks. I raised a ticket and tried to reach out. No response. What do i do? I dont know where to upload!!
I also got same mail.
many candidates facing this issue , they would have sent an link to upload documents, not sure I guess it's their side mistake. Please keep ticket and mail as a piece of proof that you have tried, don't worry they would share proper details soon
I gave improvement exam of maths in class 12. To caluclate percentageacc to cbse we use both the marksheets, so will it create any issue during document verification round as I have two marksheets, one contains the marks of all subjects and the other contains the marks of only improved one in maths. Will it create any issue?
Please mail them in detail the calculation they will understand no issues
Hi mam i'm a lateral entry student 2024 passedout.My frnds(regulars) from the same interview date (May 17) recieved onboarding mails but still i didnt recieve bgv mail but i received calls from Accenture team they asked like are you ready to upload documents
Based on education background and their specific requirements they will make on-boardings please don't worry you to will receive updates, whatever mail they put pls respond to them
Mam I don't have each semester marksheet our clg provided us a provisional degree certificate in that all the semester subjects and marks were written. So what I upload in the individual semester marksheet upload section. Please help
If so upload same thing everywhere as we have no other option then or crop each semester in PDC and upload. If not approving then mail to the team asking for solution

I got task mail on 21th August 2023 and get Approved on 31st August 2023. After that I got another task mail on 6th September 2023 and the Due date was 16th September 2023 and the task was "Candidate Educational Details Diploma V7.0 Insufficiency 2022-23" in this task I got rejection due " The Time Period (From-To)". In 2015 I entered in my Diploma and I got my 1st Semester (Backlog )Marksheet on 15 January 2016 after that I got my 1st Semester (All Clear ) Marksheet on 6th June 2017, and I got my 6th Semester Marksheet on 7th January 2020. I combine my Backlog and Pass-out Marksheet in PDF and upload. But still I don't get any Response. Can you tell me which time period i have to upload
You have uploaded both cleared sheet and previous backlog sheet now, I think it's still under verification as they dint reject yet, could you please raise ticket upon the status of verification

They ask for Diploma Time period From - To
Bny Mellon considers 2 years gap between 12th and Engineering?

You can mail them that your college has not provided the cleared marksheet yet, once you get it you will upload
Mam recently i got 2 backlog in my last year(6th sem). I have 4 grade cards and 5 provisional certificate what should i upload?
In 6th sem if backlog is there in that sem section pls merge 6th sem failed and passed documents and merge them. Provisional certificate where it shows everything like all subjects passed you could put that one

hi. mam i got my task main on sep21 with in se24 11 tasks have been accepted and reamaining 4 hasnt been approved yet and there is no response or even rejection after raising a ticket pls help
Yes they take some more time on verification. Please wait till this month end and keep raising tickets until they respond
Mam we get any problem for insufficiency task
For insufficient tasks they would mail you to upload right documents
Hello, is it required to upload Diploma + BTech marksheets in the action items or only the BTech marksheets would do?
As Diploma students get admission directly in the 2nd year of BTech we have only 6 marksheets available with us.
Please watch the video I have mentioned whatever diploma students told me, I think btech plus last PDC is enough
Mam, these mark sheets will there be only provided from our clg or These are simply screenshots of jntua results.i am from jntua , svr clg. And we haven't been given any mark sheets from clg side i am in 4-2.Then do i have to put the results as my mark sheet or ask in clg?
if your college could provide marksheets with in deadline and you can upload then try to ask college, if you have no much time Once try to put your marksheet which is there with you. Hope they approve it
mam I have only 1 backlog pending in 1-1. what should I do?
I still one more attempt to clear the subject before finsing my b-tech.
Try to clear it soon as possible. Once please check with any of the contact from talent team, I guess they would allow with one backlog, I was not clear, you could check with any of friends

If it is not a mandatory field you can leave it, Accenture will provide time until your college provides you with a provisional certificate. You can even mail to Accenture on-boarding team

Try to upload by merging both backlog and cleared sheet of both colleges
Ma'am my pan has expanded name and my educational documents have initials. Will this effect in background verification in Accenture? Ex: Alpha Beta Gamma Something in pan card and A B C Something in educational documents like pc, marksheets, etc.
No issues as far as I know if any document not matching they will ask you to provide name affidavit for it. Anyways please mail them these days pancard providing full name

Hi Mam, I got selected in Accenture but i have recently updated my pan card photo and signature, will there be any problem at the time of documents upload as photo and signature doesn't match with the registration time pan card.
num,name,dob are correct
That's enough I hope, if there is problem you could tell them that you have updated them. If possible carry your old pancard as well on safe side

If your college haven't provided any certificates like original degree or PDC Accenture will provide time

Try to clear it before on-boarding, not sure whether they would accept with one backlog. Once check eligibility criteria in job description

Mostly simple spell mistakes won't get rejected, but if you want, you can put an affidavit, please raise ticket so that they can guide you

Oracle is good only, pl/SQL is for developer role, you need to write procedures using queries, it's good one

Hello mam i had backlog in yr 3 sem 1 but i cleared it in next semester 3yr sem 2 , and its shown in 3yr sem 2 marksheeet , so as per your video i will upload 3yr 1st sem marksheet (which has backlog) and 3yr 2nd sem marksheet (where backlog is cleared).....this will be uploaded on 3yr sem 1 marksheet upload place

I think Mandatory but if you have PDC and original degree they might accept, you can verify with college cell to get any copy of it atleast
Can I get job in good MNC with 5 years of Engineering?
Yes it depends how you prepare for interview and have a good skill on any programming language
