Fault lamp turn off when i connect speaker into R channel output and turn up input pot to about 12’oclock, then board turn off completly. L channel doesn’t get this issue
You might want to avoid having naked boards powered on metalized film bags. You are possibly shorting out/cross conducting pins on the board (depending on bag make/quality).
Can you check the dc offset on the output of the bad channel? Measure across the terminals and from each terminal to ground and compare with the other channel.
@@daifanshi5564 i found where is problem here, the thermal pad can not transfer the heat quickly to heatsink, so OTE shut down the chip, maybe AB channel nearly the sensor. I removed it, connect direct the heatsink to chip surface and now it could handle better Thank for you help!
check the soldering quality. the elements on this board are poorly soldered. you are not the first to have problems with this board. I had one resistor in the gap, and the clipping indicator was blinking too
@@trungqn1890 very bad soldering, I checked it with a tester, the resistor 12 in the first branch of the 3.3 Ohm chip was in a break, after that I just soldered suspicious places on the entire board

Thanks for reminding me, I know and have carefully checked these bags, they are 100% insulated

Bro it mostly happens when u dont match the speaker impedance ohm range, make input/output positive negative or L/R connection wrong.
Nope, this board has problem with the heatsink. Remove the ceramic thermal pad and mod a little would fix it
Isso é o CI entrando em modo proteção para evitar queimar, eles tem essa proteção para pessoas que nao sabem configurar som queimar eles.
Who meny Volt's they work ? And who many Amps?
48v 10amp
Are you driving this from a low impedance source? i.e., a power amplifier?
no, im using source from a DAC. I have another aiyima a07 and it has not any problem

@@trungqn1890 Doesn't look like excess DC offset. Unfortunately, I can't really debug the circuit remotely. Sorry.

Check Audio input socket .

How did you fix it? where is the resitor, does it connect directo amplifier chip? I checked the R OC resistor but it is normal

For class D modules.thermal heatsink is very important. It always easy to adds.on thermal paste.before ising it.thanks

Làm theo datasheet thôi bạn 😂
