Your 12" Subwoofer is 4 ohms but the amplifier at 36 volts gives only 200 watts RMS at 4 ohms and gives 350 watts RMS at 2 ohms. So you can add another 4 ohms subwoofer in parallel for maximum power 💥 nice work. Btw your Sweton 12" Subwoofer is 160 watts RMS.

8"x4 means 8"x2 in each channel and this amplifier provides 180 watts at 4 ohms so your each channel should have two 8" woofers in parallel and woofers should be atleast 80-100 watts RMS at 8 ohms each. I like your idea, keep it up 🔥.

Add gain enhancer, it will rock. Input signal frequency/amplitude by bluetooth is low. Around 300 mV, Class D more than 100 watt may need atleast 1V input signal, so check chip data sheet ,,

100% I am selling this amplifier till now and no issues and if I say about the sound quality, that's very good and powerful. With this amplifier we tested and sale 12" 250w sub*2 pcs With 12"120w as mid 4pcs. Still no issues.

The power supply i used was 30V 20A switching ofc. with adjustable trimmer so i've got like 39V ( maximum recommended for this amp is 38 but this 1V does pretty much a good job when you crank the amp all the way up ). Lower voltages are also kinda good but i recommend the maximum, 38 or 39. At 39V it gives you slightly more power and less distortion. My 12 ich sub rated at 250W RMS was hitting so much that it got hot and smelly so i should upgrade it to 400W one. This amp is one of the best purchases i did. Good quallity, really clean sound, powerfull output power.
So the reason behind you are not getting a 200watt because of law of conversation of energy as you know nothing in this universe is an ideal machine which means the output with be same as input some of the energy is loss during transmission some in heat some in interference some in resistance and other factors as well even the most efficient amplifier is this world is able to produce a 85% of the energy which is supplied to it thus you can get a output as mentioned in the datasheet of the amplifier chip it's written because it's the maximum it can produce but as I said other factors also play which also includes circuit of the driver amplifieras well as power supply the quality of the components and thickness of wire used .
You're right but also wrong Damm Daniel. This amp at 39V which is 1V above the maximum what manufacturer recommend outputs what is written in datasheet. The subwoofer section outputs 367W 10% THD and the two channels each outputs 228and 232 1% THD ( which is a lot for the vocal side of the music and you will hear it and probably not like it ) but at 0.1% THD those two channels outputs at 2Ohms 200W so the datasheet is right about those chips kinda..200 is not 220 but you know, marketing tricks. The total input power is , as always, a few watts more so 367 lets just say 375 and for the stereo channels when maxed out at 390W is around 415W so the total loss of this amp is 30W that's the almost 95% of efficiency. I tested it at full power, the power draw was around 780W and sometimes when the bass hit at the first time it went above 800W mark.
@@samohraje2433 yeah you are absolutely correct but what you are talking about is peak rms power not continuous rms you are right that when bass hit a lot of power is needed the watt may cross the mentioned wattage as per manufacturers so a 100 watt subwoofer driver may use 200- 300 watt of power when played at high volume with low bass notes but that's peak rms not continuous , continuous rms is always lower as running subs at peak power may damage the coils and produce a lot of heat if you see woofer blowout videos you can see how if we run a subwoofer at peak rms it will obviously blows but if you played the same subwoofer giving it break in between it won't blow as fast as it does in continuous rms power many subwoofer are designed to handle more that peak rms power than mentioned power so to keep some headroom of higer peak rms power .
@@dammdaniel9953 i was measuring continuous power not peak RMS. I've got a few years ago two 1Ohm 500W resistors so in series is still 500W but at 2Ohms only current is different when is loaded with 2Ohms instead of 1Ohm. At 1Ohm this amp will probably blow out. At 2Ohms i counted it somewhere between 367W in SUB channel and 228 at those two stereo channels. But the problem is, i used 39V 50A PSU and the reccomended voltage is 38 and should not be exceeded in a case to avoid damage to the amp but it handeled it just fine without any damage. And the second problem is, the peak power was measured at 1% THD in stereo channel and that's a lot. I used 40Hz sine tone with bass all the way up and 1KHz with treble pot all the way up. At 40Hz in stereo it gives you around 140W but you don't need too much bass because at that moment when you crank the volume up, THD increases rapidly so the normal level of THD is 0.1% and gives you 200W at 2Ohms. The peak power of the sub channel is 415W only because the protection kicks in and trip the power. The THD of the sub channel is as always 10% because you can't basically hear it when you have good enclosure preciselly made and tuned to 21Hz. Soft and deep bass at full volume. And for the price slash power is the best buy i've made
