STYLISH CHINA JIN is located in the middle of Toyama City. By day, it serves set menu lunches. The real menu is unleashed during dinner. Our party of 8 allowed us to sample many different dishes. We were impressed by the Spring Rolls (crispy crunchy roll, hot flavorful filling), the Mapo Tofu (spicy mala taste without the spiciness persistently lasting), the Yurinji (fried chicken with sweet and sour sauce), the Seafood Fried with XO sauce, and the Beef Fried Noodles. The Xiao Long Pau will be a big hit with Japanese people. And the Jellyfish is a rare treat. The price is actually not too bad for Japan, though you get much more for the price in any Chinese restaurant overseas. If you order the Shark Fin, it will be expensive. And I am surprised Shark Fin is served in Japan! The waitress is very helpful, and will recommend how many portions to order to appropriately fit your party size.
