The women who was flying up and then kicking the top of the cable cross over to get bsck down was actually impressive

At 1:52 the guy doing the front lever plank while his friend moves the weight up and down is actually pretty impressive. It’s a very low percentage of people that have the core strength to hold that type of a plank for that long. I don’t know if the up and down motion by his friend is actually adding any more to the exercise or just showing off. But that plank itself is not easy.

I mean thats kinda a real excercise, but you do it with a barbell and in a slightly different position. Called a "barbell hip thrust".

The guy at 1:50 is actually very strong and while he is doing something a little unorthodox, I reckon it's just for the fun of it XD.
Looks like Calisthenics training, and I'm thinking maybe when he's launched upwards it adds resistance maybe? You have to have pretty crazy core strength to be able to hold that in a static position anyway though so I wouldn't know.

That's exactly what I did. I am an athlete though. I workout strictly calisthenics and at home or my park. I play basketball and do mma too. I never had the interest to go to gyms
