Another Unboxing of "Forerunner" - from BookVault

I've done a few unboxings of my book already, printed by Amazon or IngramSpark, paperback or hardcover, Kickstarter edition vs commercial.
Today's unboxing is the hardcover from BookVault, and I'll compare it to the hardcover from Amazon, and look briefly at IngramSpark as well. This book will have been printed by one of BookVault's partner facilities in the US, I believe in North Carolina in this case.
