Nice recipe! I tried it. It was lacking some depth and fullness - it was on the sweet side - so adding lots of veggies brought it to life. I added a little bit of rosemary, fresh coriander, broccoli, string beans, carrots, and corn.

Pasta is 1.5 cups full
Water is between 2 to 2.5 cups.
Ratio can depend on the quality of pasta as well. But this should work perfectly.

Adding milk to this pasta made the sauce cuddle. Shouldn’t add milk to tomato sauce directly need to mix some starch before mixing it

Need to cook the tomatoes really well first. Otherwise the acid in tomatoes will cuddle the milk. Yes you can add starch to avoid it.

Hi Nidhi Ji ,
Oregano is a herb. And you have to use dried oregano which is easily available in the market. Mixed seasoning has dried garlic in it not oregano. Thanks.

Dear Kapil, pink sauce pasta banane ke liye koi color use nehi hota hai FYI...
PINK SAUCE is a mixture of marinara sauce and alfredo sauce, which is authentic red and white sauce. 🙄 kuch bhi bol rehe ho aap matlab.. Recipe looks delicious there is no doubt about it but galat q bol rehe ho baba... 🙄
