Home made Alfredo White Sauce Pasta - Easy, Cheesy & Yummy!
Made with very few ingredients.
Ingredient list:
Water - 4 cups
Pasta - 1 cup
salt - as per taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Butter - 2 cubs
All purpose flour/Maida - 4 tbsp
Milk - 300 ml
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 spoon
Black pepper - 1/2 spoon
Cheese - 1/3 cup
Oregano - 1/2 tbsp
Chilli flakes - 1/2 spoon

Can i use aata instead of maida
I tried mozzarella and cheddar marble cheese (Walmart), but none of them makes nice creamy texture. Which cheese did you use and brand too?
Hi, You may use any brand Processed cheese or cheddar cheese to make creamy texture. Mozzarella cheese won’t give good result.

Many brands add garlic or garlic salt in it but We recommend you to check ingredients list before buying oregano.
