Joe you often say how sulfates are bad and that we should stay away from them, but I've really benefited from sulfates. This is for people who may also benefit from sulfates. Products like what you've shown in today's video (hair serums and leave in conditioners) do a great job smoothing the hair, but they can leave really unmanageable buildup. Some people may not experience this, but people like me do and it's often mistaken for dry scalp. I find that within minutes of using the super skinny serum, my scalp is coated and it gets super itchy. What I find works best to remove this buildup is a sulfate shampoo. Sulfate shampoos work to remove this buildup better than sulfate free because they're so good at cleaning, which is also why they have a bad image, but I'm here to say that they have really helped me in this situation. Hope this helps anyone else.

I find it to be a really, really sweet artificial strawberry scent and don't enjoy smelling it in my hair all day, since i think it's a pretty girly scent. Luckily the scent dies down a little bit after blowdrying, but it's still present, even after you apply other products.
I Feel like i have grown so fond of argan oil as a leave in, so im afraid to try something else since i rely on Argan oil to keep my hair healthy, but i hope as i order the Mister Pompadour shampoo/conditioner set i can try the paul mitchell smooth serum

Anther tip if you apply too much pomade is to just use a tiny bit of dry shampoo. It really helps break up the stickiness
