I love the top-down approach, brother! I will definitely use this when working with new clients. I couldn’t agree more, the overhead position has to be solid!
Nice advice. Being more comfortable with it being at the top and practicing the downward movement first. And also to practice swings with higher weight so that the moderate weights becomes more easier to pull up to shoulder height and push up confidently for the snatch
