Skill: Servicenow ticketing tool, ibm mauinframe, active directory, web application, incident Stask. My work process only hanling SLA priority tickets on Servicenow tool. Daily creation id, roles, groups, dep/div and login ID and password credentials, handling incident issues But I am not getting any job snd not short listing also.. Please help what go do??????
