What if an update set is created, some changes are made but the developer decides (for whatever reason) that they no longer want to make the changes they were making. They essentially abandon the development. They decide to delete the update set. What are the ramifications of this and how can this deletion be undone?

More instances help in good development and also helps in cloning. When we go for new servicenow release.. Multiple instances make it easy to manage the things.
