After selecting the delete option among CURD, only delete with preview option disappeared however, the delete button is still intact .. How to tackle it? Please help

As you are an admin .. you can uncheck admin override or to test use other users

By default acls are present on the table.. first deactivate those and create a new of your choice then it will work
