Thank you for showing this. I keep getting this advert for this book, and it looks awesome. This might be on the list of coffee table books to get, but I'm gonna wait til there's a discount.
It's a fantastic book for sure - I got it for Christmas and can't stop looking at Roger Moore's checked jacket from TMWTGG and Jane Seymour in her green dress and hat at the end of LALD.
I love what this book represents, but it was a little lackluster to me. However, it has a prominent place on my office bookshelf and looks great on display.
Same here! I expected quality wise a better book when it comes to exclusive content (instead of the often published publicity shots) and scan quality (quite a few photos are scanned and thus printed in a inferior quality).
Pretty sure thats the Tom Ford Brown Bolivia Suit not Navy but the best suiting ever committed to screen for sure. Images do look incredible. Off to their store in Piccadilly to get this for sure.
We've discussed this book on the forums and many find it ultimately disappointing and not worth the price. That basically blank page at 9:21 is an example of wasted space. Most of the stories have been told. Many of the pictures are too low res to be blown up to full page size. Basically, some style, but no substance.
@RonanOBrien-s5z I mean listen I don't make alot. I love Bomd style but it's just a bit much, I think 75 80 dollars is more fair. I just bought my girlfriend an American book on vogue in the 50s that was huge and only 100 dollars. It's just a bit much, there is no need to judge, not everyone is loaded. Bond fans come from all walks of life
The best Bond style book still hasn't been written. This book seems to spend more time on the wardrobe of the various women of the series than 007 himself. Attractive, well produced, but a disappointing point of view and perspective. Hopefully in the future there will be a rigorous examination of the style of James Bond.
I love Roger Moore and Desmond Llewelyn's suiting. Does the book talk about Roger Moore's double breasted and three piece suits as well as Q's tweed suits? I feel like Q wears his tweed three piece suits just as well as Thomas Shelby and Indiana Jones when he is a professor. Also can I get this book from Barnes & Noble?
I was disappointed by the book-I felt it was more about the women in Bond then Bond himself. It was an okay book and the Bond Destination Book snubbed many of the United States locations. Could have been done better.
" bicep workout"! Great video and review. That Golfinger picture on the superb cover - perfect choice.

I just purchased these Friday evening. Great additions to the library
I NEED to own those 2 coffee table books. Thx so much for profiling them! Already got my list of Bond locations to visit queued up for '25
Have had the privilege to meet several of the Bond family. Greatest talent and warm welcoming folk.

Great Review of a fantastic book on James Bond Style David 👌
This looks like such a beautiful book. I am definitely going to order.
You need to get your hands on a copy of the Porter Press Book, Spy Octane -the Cars of James Bond.
I think you'd enjoy that one, David!
You mean this one? th-cam.com/video/v_Jk1hqo7hw/w-d-xo.htmlsi=_T1oZgA5AJ2LC2bx
@TheBondExperience my apologies, 🤦

There’s 100 books just like this, the same stories are in every book.
I want it... But that price tag...!
Yeah same feeling
Always love the broke people in the YT comments

Has it got 1977 Spy who loved me Flares? 🎬📽🕺
I really preferred Licence to dress James Bond the suited hero
Definitely a future purchase for myself
