Hi Brad. Watching this again after day 2 bc const. doing the demo and coming by afterwards. I got so many ideas like extending the back roof to have another porch area in the back too. Maybe a sliding door in the kitchen living room and make a deck area connecting the 2 porch areas Edit then you get a lot more party area around the cabin cheaper

I think that Flair needs to add that bedroom to square up the house and add a washer/dryer in the mud room in case they get wet or someone's clothes get bloodied. They can just wash and dry it. They don't have to buy an expensive washer/dryer. It's definitely worth considering if Macy and the kids come out for a weekend

Brad have you ever done floating bunk beds with fold down panels with usb ports and place for ur phone underneath the bed on top of u for your bunk? Floating bunk beds will make it look and feel bigger. Another idea is beds on pistons like rv beds and pple can toss their bags etc under them.

Normally I would understand renovated an outdated cabin but with whatever stench is in Flairs cabin, I feel like for health reasons it would be better to demo and start over.
I haven’t done too many homes that have that much square feet on the main floor… i’m currently working on a design that has over 5000 ft.² on the main floor, but the pricing might come in higher than what the customer wants🙆♂️. Stay tuned
Weird I thought I commented about the traps. But yeah most houses have a stink pipe to vent gases. That one doesn't so the traps dry up and you are smelling pure sewage. Just pour some water down all the drains every month. Can be deadly if cleaning (bleach ect.) chemicals are mixed with biological matter in the septic and you breathe it in.
@@BradtheBuilder my architect teacher used to tell me to design around the kitchen and don't forget the stink pipe it has to go up to the roof. Science is my next favorite thing and draino and pure bleach people have died if they don't have a stink pipe or water in traps. Chemical giving off by the organic matter and gas produced my bleach when it breaks down like that.
@@BradtheBuilder pee has some ammonia and when mixed with bleach or the two chemicals together it's like mustard gas. Hydrogen peroxide mix with it will create oxygen but the explosion kind. The victorian era there was new plumbing and toilets was the craze and methane was produced in the sewers causing explosive toilets, roads to explode and many people with poisoning. They then made the trap to push the gas into the stink tube.
Well fair has lot to learn from u also he may need some1 or u where he can learn really life from you how to respect and give back to viewers like u do .but fair take everything for granted like because of he we are there but he needs to learn the truth also show respect. He is so humble like is very like that but he is not he doesn't care about people who r the viewers so your responsibility to show n explain on everything that.u r showing n what u mean. So it's not offending anyone it's just showing people who try to be two face
Where is a great guy and cares so much about his viewers! I see how hard he works behind the scenes to create his content and he works six days a week 12 hours a day… It comes off as he’s having lots of fun but it takes hours and hours of filming to make that happen. Keep in mind he’s a husband and a dad and he’s away from his family a lot! I give him advice to slow down and enjoy his family but, he is very driven and passionate about what he’s doing. Keep in mind Fkair has 2.5 million subscribers I only have 30K so it’s easier for me to reply. My kids are all grown and out of the house so I take what would have been family time to reach out to everyone. Trust me, Flairs loves all of his viewers and is extremely grateful for what you all have done for him! 🤠🎺
