I got to see Mike’s at the HMCA show near Indianapolis last month. Can’t wait to see both of them side by side. Those carbs are awesome, will be cool to see how they look on the model.

Wow! Those are awesome carbs Luka!!! The detail is unreal!!! I love your Fast Eddie Comet body the way you painted it and everything, the colors are better than Raisins version is! In the early 2000’s I worked as a painter in a body shop. I raced HO and 1/32 scale slot cars with a few guys I worked with. I can’t tell how many times I was heading into the spray booth and handed a slot car body attached to a paint stick to lay some color or clear on…aside from my own. Good times!

I've got the Fireball Holley carbs too, those annular booster rings blew me away. 3D is bonkers these days. On the decal, I'd cut a strip of white decal film, slide it on right over the clear, and dab a tiny dot of clear enamel at the ends to anchor it down. The eye will scan right past it instead of getting snagged by the missing stripe.
