You made it look pretty easy. It's really good to see this because I think it's way too easy to overtrain for an ultra, but also it's easy to under-strength-train, and this is probably where you have the advantage. Also, the mental side up staying upbeat and not overthinking it. Anyway, it's a very useful video for making the thing look pretty doable, given motivation and LOTS OF FOOD. Thank you!

It's so freeing in so many ways for sure running is I look at it not only as excercise I try to make it a life decision type thing. Running is my overall health and therapy for sure! 100km race!!! Lots of races out there, one of the toughest 100 mile races (if you fancy going a tad further!) in the uk is the Arc of Attrition. It's one race on my bucket list!
