New Favorite Fragrance House | Astier de Villatte | Three Historical Perfumes

Salut Friends, In this video I share my impressions/briefly review three fragrances from a house that has become one of my favorites: Astier de Villatte. This includes 3 fragrances Le Dieu Bleu, Artaban and Les Nuits created by Dominique Ropion from a series called "Three Historical Perfumes/Trois Parfums Historiques)
This has become of one of the houses that has brought some excitement to me in the last few years, a time when I think the reference Niche Brands like Frederic Malle and Serge Lutens and other High end designers have not been at thier prime...

Nice one! I got a sample pack of these from Luckyscent when they launched but didn't give them much time, it's so hard to get a sense of the perfume from this little dabbler vials. But your review makes me want to revisit them!

Thanks! Lucky I don't have to buy from Luckyscent. These were strange when I tested at the boutique and didn't know what to think. That's why I got this box and got to spend more time with them. Worth revisiting.

Yes, curses your hype. When Pradeep talks, I listen. But drat I’m attempting to not seek out anything new. I’ll give myself an exception if I’m traveling. Next time in paris I will wander past the store. Or wander in. Yes that is the way to sample, you have to walk IN to a shop.

😂 That sounds great Kelly. Absolutely, I am trying to be more selective with my purchases too. Hence haven't bought all 3 full bottles. Their Shop is wonderful, worth visiting for looking at the Ceramics alone which is their main specialty.

Sounds like something up my alley. I will keep an eye out for this. Are the perfumes dyed or are those the natural colours? update: Just checked the website. Looks like its added dyes for some scents.
