I think it’s important that you lay out all relevant information whether it is good or bad instead of mentioning only the good stuff if you wish to truly gain credibility and trust from potential buyers looking at your video. This feels like more like an ad rather than analysis

If a real estate agent makes statements or takes actions that indicate a preference for or against certain individuals or groups on the basis of their race, ethnicity, or national origin, they could be in violation of the Fair Housing Act. This could lead to legal action being taken against Realtors®, including fines, penalties, and other consequences. Also, it is generally not illegal for a real estate agent to state that a town has poor quality schools. However, if the agent makes this statement with the intention of steering potential buyers or renters away from the town based on the race, ethnicity, or national origin of the individuals or groups in question, it could be considered a form of discrimination, violating the Fair Housing Act.
