- Ford and disappointment seemingly go hand in hand with its Bronco. The day after its great video launch the brand has struggled with its PR moves and missed deadlines. From Hard top issues to engine issues Ford has taken an amazing off road SUV and well.. Upset a few customers.

Thankfully, I had no intention of getting one of those. Sorry to those people who ordered the heritage limited. Ford screwed up again.
You said it all, "Ford WTF!!!!!!" After 7 months reservation, 413 days on order, I'm glad I got what I got. Wanted to order a '23 because I figured it would be at least a '24, but I think I'll just stick with my one and only Bronco, no more nonsense for me!
783 days since reservation, 627 days since order...still not even scheduled yet.
I’m still waiting and getting close to leaving Ford forever. I’ll trade my Maverick in on something other than a Ford.

I seen that posted somewhere, shortly after Woodward Dream Cruise. That the standard Heritage would be sold just like a regular Bronco, but that the Heritage Limited would be dealers choice, as to who they sell it to. Basically like the Braptor.
So hate me, call me stupid, but when I saw my perfect 2 door, Badlands, Hardtop, 7 speed in a semi-local dealer for $5K over, I jumped on it and videos like this make me think more and more that was a good buy. For one, i waited two months to find this one after being late to the party and wanting one. Most seemed well over that (like 10K-20K over MSRP) or were Bases and Big Bends, which I had no desire to have. They said back then you'd be able to order a 2023 in September and then they bumped every new customer to fill the last two years, then my selection was apparently in high demand. It just seems like I'd be dead by the time I got the Bronco I wanted, so hate me for paying over MSRP or not, I've enjoyed the hell out of the past three months of ownership. love that damn thing. What a terrible roll out to such a good vehicle. Been a Ford guy all my life and never seen them screw up this bad. Plus why roll out the Bronco Sport first🤦♂

Ya I hear ya! I had a 22 Bronco Raptor ordered on a allocation back in mid June and never got a confirmation and was told it will probably pushed to a 23. So I spec a 23 in the last couple of days as the Ford site allowed you to build and nothing changed except the base price, all options the same price .
So i get Ford probably doesn't give two shites what they will give Canada, but the issues the U.S is having is only going to be multiplied up here. So part of my deal is trading in my 21 Raptor and I don't want to give it up until I get a confirmation and with delays I risk not getting my trade-in valve (prob have to re-negotiate) and price increase is a very sad experience as each day rolls bye.
1 year finally got my build date of December 5th.

That's exactly what I've been going through my dealer and with Ford. A lot of BS. Especially when Ford promise me that I would get a hard white top in 2023 not going to happen. Ford has no idea what they're doing let's take a drink with that
We cried to Ford for years and they didn't listen. This is not the bronco we asked for.

By “we” you must mean you. I don’t know a single person who was looking for Ford to roll out with a fifth generation style Bronco! By almost all accounts they nailed it with more of a first generation style which IS what most were looking for.
First Edition, Raptor, and now the Heritage Limited. Why would Ford or any of the dealers change up the process ir simpletons keep lining up and handing over globs of dealer mark up cash? My 2D Bad Lands lux at MSRP makes me a winner.

I can say from my outer banks to my ordered Everglades, the Glades is literally the best build I could have ever gotten. It's not too late for these unlucky order holders to pick up a dealer stock Everglades. The best bang for your buck. Trust me guys. 🤙

If you want a Bronco,buy a stripped down one,get rid of everything put a 9inch in the rear,a 44 in the front and it will be a Real Bronco.
Yeah I paid $15,000 over sticker price for a bronco raptor and I went everywhere trying to get one for sticker so I just bit the bullet and bought it at my local Ford dealer which I think was a rip off, overall I think I’m happy with the bronco raptor? I’ve always been a jeep guy owned 14 of them and gave up at 392 for the new bronco because it’s just so darn comfortable and it is fun to drive and off-road it is so smooth I just wish we weren’t getting ripped off by the dealers!!!!👍
yup, last i checked, they are literally doing one per dealership for the heritage, good luck getting one unless you know the dealer well and the management is your friend.
I’m really getting tired of Ford. I don’t expect my bronco outerbanks sas until March or April next year. I’m seriously thinking going to another manufacturer and not a Jeep either. Probably go to a truck instead.

It's not really new news that the special edition Heritage Editions are only going to be given to dealerships. Like 1 each.
I actually have confirmation of the 2023 heritage limited edition on order. They only allotted 200 in Canada by draw and my dealer and I “won” one. I saw the email to them.

I've had my order in for a '21...it got pushed to '22, I was okay with that because of all the problems with parts and chips....then it got pushed to '23. Now I am done with them. The reason is, I personally know people who didn't have a reservation and ordered theirs and got theirs. One of which ordered the exact same model (Badlands) as I and I am over here waiting. Wrote to Ford and got the virtual shoulder shrug in response. So, Ford, WTF for the past 2 years!
I ordered a 2023 bronco sport heritage limited aug 22 showing the ordering price. It’s Due to start production 23 feb 23. The dealership did mention to me about that “dealer stock” thing. I’m a LCD on what this really means. If I understand from this video, the dealership can price gouge me?
Yes some dealers can add mark up! I would make sure that the MSRP is the max you are willing to pay
You’ll should have bought a jeep - you wouldn’t have these problems. Especially since they dropped the wrangler 392. It’s a beats in itself. When it starts it sounds like a tyrannosaurus Rex is hungry.
I work at one and they said they are not gonna do one but they did put orders in for the boss

LIMITED EDITION was always dealer stock.. never an orderable version of the Bronco. The dealer will get what they get, and when they get paperwork or the Bronco in their hands, the customer will have to decide if they want it or not.
I thought I understood that was the limited plan all along. But I was not following closely because I do not like the look of the white top and grills...
Ford never added the dealers only part when they dropped the Heritage LTD. Some have attempted to order and dealers took down payments. Sadly this is a normal deal with the 6th Gen Bronco

Honestly , when you look at the aftermarket accessories. Then you factor in what other companies can do with paint. I do not honestly see the big deal about it. Plenty of people are paying 60 plus grand for a bronco and then tossing 10 to 20 k in accessories and lifts and tires and just about anything else you can think of. Taking the top off ya bronco and having a custom shop paint the top and the front grill and throwing some simple pinstripe graphics on it seems like an easy solution to buying just ready made. I can not see the heritage edition being a collector edition. Its just another bronco with a few changes that the aftermarket probably already has so who cares..............lol
Thankfully for me, I see the Heritage Limited edition as a WAY overpriced appearance package, so though I was interested at first, I lost it all when I saw the pricing. That said, yes, this is BS and Ford should have some shame on this. They seem to have bungled the roll-out of the Bronco from the start and this just continues the trend.

Another unhappy customer here. My Bronco was built 1 September and is still waiting shipment. Called Ford customer service and was told there is a transportation asset shortage. They did give me a $100 gift card however. LOL 😂

Save your money, get an F-350 XLT Tremor with the 7.3 V8, rear locker, front lsd, dual batteries and alternators, trailer tow package, driver aid package, 35" tires, etc for about $65k. Talk about a beast (and value)... Add a supercharger and off you go.
Good thing idiots at Ford are doing this. If it were me there would only be 2 door heritage models. No such thing is a 4 door Bronco till Centurion did it.

I have been a Bronco fan since the release in 1966 and still drive my 71. I was so amped about the re-release of Bronco in 18, oh wait,19, oh wait, 20, oh wait, 21. That by the time they released it with all the hype I had lost interest. Then seeing what they came up with was disappointing. They should've called it the Bronco Edsel edition
Collectable...LMAO. You can paint a turd gold... Took ford 30 years to resurrect a lifted mini cooper. There are two brands that the world relies on for off-road vehicles. Neither are Fords. You'll never get 300,000 miles out of a Ford.

Ya. New fords suck. Anything newer than a 1995 is junk. I've had several showroom new Ford's over the decades and experienced the junk just get worse and worse. I'm still a Ford guy but I won't buy anything newer than a 1995. Newest one I bought brand new 2018 f350 4x4. Lots of problems gotten 3 recalls. One before that I still have 2014. Junk. Even more problems than the pickup. 😞 Shameful.
