I love these kind of videos for specific genre. Top 20 woody fragrances or top 10 incense fragrances these are better than general topics like best fragrances of all time. Thats may opinion of course but when i want to buy a fragrance i'm thinking like "i want another dark leather fragrance" or "Wanna smell some flowers" so im buying them thinking about the notes. Also these videos are so much fun with guests. Your top 20 videos are so much fun with Dalya and it gives me a great opinion about my next buy and also i would like to see some top 20 wood or rose - wood or incense or anything in this genre with Ashley. it would be great i think :) Oo.. YES love that you have Dunhill Indian Sandalwood from the signature collection in there! To me its blended perfectly its challenges some of the niche brands. Performs great and actually was my scent of the day.

I really love Original Santal by Creed. It may be a simple fragrance, but it is smells so beautiful and is made with such high quality ingredients. It is one of my favourite from their house.
The longer the better in my opinion, but I'm addicted to the videos as much as fragrances themselves 😂 But what about (insert X fragrance here) ... I expect those comments to come. Richwood is still my favourite sandlewood / and dries van noten is second to that but I've not tried some of these and some I haven't in a long time so it's great to learn about some and get an refresher on the others :)

I love Santal 33 despite it being trendy, I don’t usually like trendy things. But I was driving Uber and smelled it on two different occasions on different people and liked it both times, enough to order a tester, a bigger bottle is on my wish list. I don’t get the dill some people get who seem to hate it :/ but I love it. I dont know if I’d describe it as dusty, but I do get a powdery vibe without being soapy (i dont like soapiness it just reads “grandma” to me 😝) Santal 33 to me is woodsy, powdery, with a little spice, i think its great but better for fall/winter, not so much summer, I prefer something more fresh, maybe citrusy for summer. If you could recommend to me something thats creamy and citrusy, Ive been searching for something that reminds me of one of my favorite summer desserts which is an orange creamsicle, or a creamy coconut would be nice too without* the sunscreen please 🙏
Sana Jardin's Sandalwood Temple is astounding, very comforting and rich. It has neroli and vetiver components that are particularly appealing to me. And I'm a longstanding Tam Dao fan, soon to obtain my 3rd bottle.
Sebastian, why all the complaining about top 20 lists? I rather like it because your approach is so different - which is a good thing. My favorite sandalwood fragrance is Memoir Man from Amouage, which I wore all winter. Tam Dao is fabulous as well.

I love The Body Shop Sandalwood oil so I'm looking for one that smells similar. It's pretty woodsy and beautiful. I also love white musk and patchouli scents. I actually grow patchouli because I love it so much lol would you know which one would be close to that scent? I'm not into the spicy as much. Ofcourse vanilla is always a yummy fragrance. Doesn’t the Pasha De Cartier Parfum have a strong sandalwood note? Also, would love to hear you review YSL 24 rue de I’Universite heard great things about but can’t find it anywhere. Have you ever tried Sombres Dessins by Jovoy Paris?....., if so what did you think of it. I’ve never smelled anything like it, it has huge performance. It can be a bit overwhelming if over sprayed.
Adam Levine is a lovely budget sandalwood. It would be great to see more budget fragrance videos. Not dupes, but budget meaning like under $75 dollars.

Thank you for mentioning Vientiane by Providence Perfume Co.! I am a big fan of Charna and her fragrances. The jasmine rice accord in Vientiane is incredibly well done and true to life. It's a beautiful composition as a scent, but faded quickly on my skin.
Bois des îles et Santal noble are my favorites from this list, Santal noble seems so underrated it’s a mystery to me. I’ll add Samsara from Guerlain, vintage batches are to die for !

No one ever puts Wonderwood in their sandalwood lists. I personally love it and find it to be very enchanting, to me it smells sophisticated yet casual. It’s airy, but stays on forever. You get the creamy sandalwood but it’s counterbalanced with spices and other dry woods with just a touch of patchouli.
Something has been bothering me. And am hoping you would help out. Do all the fragrances around have different smells? Apart from maybe some clones here and there

Allyson Ambrose I ordered from the Jovoy site and only paid $30 for shipping and it was faster than ordering from LuckyScent in LA. While I enjoy it, I have to say that it is very lactonic, 10x more than even Map of the Heart Gold. Thankfully its not beast mode otherwise I think women would be giving off breast feeding vibes.

If I may ask can you mention a bit more how the unisex offerings lean as far as masculine/ feminine I love trying stuff but prefer masculine scents. Unless I’m completely dressed then I can dabble in more feminine offerings.
I'm trying to remember which leans more masculine vs more femme most of these in this video are woody so I suppose they lean masculine more than femme but anything milky might go against that idea! Hope that makes sense! :)
I adore sandalwood, it’s my favorite note (even above cumin), I tried many fragrances with that note and own four different bottles that are my favorite takes on sandalwood: Tam Dao, Santal 33, Acqua di Parma’s Sandalo & Mizensir’s Bois de Mysore. Bois de Mysore is, for me, in a league of its own. Fresh, woody, creamy, aromatic... a sumptuous and exotic scent. Highly refined, very very elegant and very very unique

Vientiane by Providence Perfume Company! Beautiful creamy sandalwood fragrance with a jasmine rice accord. One of my top favorite sandalwood scents next to Bois des Iles and vintage Samsara. I've been really curious about Piano Santal but I am not a fan of cumin.

Tam dao edp is literally the only sandlewood fragrance you will ever need. I sometimes combine it with various sandlewood oils 👌🏻

My favorite is Crabtree and Evelyn's Mysor Sandalwood. It's a man's cologne but can be unisex. Guys go nuts over it.

I'm trying to remember which leans more masculine vs more femme most of these in this video are woody so I suppose they lean masculine more than femme but anything milky might go against that idea! Hope that makes sense! :)
I adore sandalwood, it’s my favorite note (even above cumin), I tried many fragrances with that note and own four different bottles that are my favorite takes on sandalwood: Tam Dao, Santal 33, Acqua di Parma’s Sandalo & Mizensir’s Bois de Mysore. Bois de Mysore is, for me, in a league of its own. Fresh, woody, creamy, aromatic... a sumptuous and exotic scent. Highly refined, very very elegant and very very unique

@@catex5452 edp, I like it a little better. They're both great, though. Still, I recommend trying Bois de Mysore: not for everyone, for sure. I personally find it beyond great.

Vientiane by Providence Perfume Company! Beautiful creamy sandalwood fragrance with a jasmine rice accord. One of my top favorite sandalwood scents next to Bois des Iles and vintage Samsara. I've been really curious about Piano Santal but I am not a fan of cumin.
Santalum, ProFumum Roma. Woody, creamy, spicy, earthy. Great great stuff.

Anything that smells like mens gap G. Gap g has sandalwood. Montblanc legend also has sandalwood. I notice sandalwood is my favorite. Thanks.

You need to try the brand “Forest Essentials” sandalwood and vetiver … smells great but cannot guarantee if it uses authentic sandalwood oil

Sandalwood is my favorite note! I’ve been wanting Tam Dao for the longest time. Still debating whether I should get the EDT or EDP. If you haven’t tried, check out Acqua Di Parma Sandalo EDP. My personal favorite.
Get the EDP re Tam Dao and yes I have tried Sandalo I enjoyed it from what I remember but don't own it obviously! :)
