The stand can be fabricated at a steel/aluminium fabricator shop. The price would definitely be near 20-25 k for tank and stand setup of 5-6 ft. It can got upto 35-40 for 7 ft and above. I have seen multiple videos in which the Indian youtubers have successfully completed such projects.
