@@dhanyalata123 thanks for taking it in the right spirit madam . i tried the chutney it came out very well. But I didnt boil it in water. I put 1 spoon of ghee and added small cut pieces of this pumpkin and added little salt and covered and cooked it for just 5 minutes. It tasted very well.
Mam don't explain health benefits of any vegetables or cereals or any of the ingredients. Every one is loaded with all informations , if you don't mind Don't take the roll of a nutritionist , Be like a simple mother of 20 th century who cooked and served her kids with love and affection.❤😊
