Usually neeru dosa is prepared without tadka.If we add moringa flowers to the batter we will put tadka dear 🙏

Hello Dhanya. Adai is the speciality of Palakkad especially the Brahmins. It is made differently there. There is no garlic. Some homes add ginger. Onions too are optional. It is invariably made with raw rice and tuar dal. And red chillies. Some add green chillies too along with hing. Sesame oil is used to make the adai. They also add drumstick leaves on a case to case basis. In Tamilnadu too it is almost similar. This is a new way to make kadai. Nice. What is idli rice and dosa rice? Please let me know. We get boiled idli rice but I have never used dosa rice. Love and hugs to you
