  • Peanut Butter Rolls
    Dough;
    2 cups Warm Water
    2 tbsp Yeast
    1/2 cup Sugar
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 cup Canola Oil
    4 to 5 cups Flour
    Filling;
    1 Package Instant Vanilla pudding
    1 1/2 cup Milk
    2 cups Peanut butter
    3/4 cup Icing sugar
    1/2 cup Sugar
    Glaze;
    1/2 cup Sugar
    2 tbsp Flour
    2 tbsp Corn Syrup
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1 1/4 cups Table Cream
    Instructions;
    In a large bowl put in warm water, yeast, sugar and salt, stir until dissolved, Add in oil and flour. knead until smooth dough forms. cover and let rise for half hour. Knead and let rise for another half hour. prepare filling, melt the peanut butter, in a large bowl put in all ingredients for filling and stir until smooth and set aside.
    Roll out dough and spread the filling evenly on dough, roll up and cut to your desired size put in cookie sheet cover and let rise for 1 hour. Bake in a preheated oven at 375℉ for 20 minutes or until light golden color.
    Remove from heat and let cool slightly and then freeze the rolls.
    In a pot out in glaze ingredients and mix till smooth bring to a boil on medium heat boil for 1 minute remove from heat and transfer glaze to a bowl dip rolls in glaze.
    Drizzle with chocolate.
