Hi, Android watches are basically made to be used with a SIM card, they are not watches connected with Wear Os.
You will not receive bluetooth notifications only with the SIM card.

Yes it's better to remove the plastic protection behind the watch the sensor will be more accurate anyway I think if you leave it it will go away on its own with friction and sweat.
Sometimes smartwatches come without the back protector so be careful not to damage your watch by removing the protector when there is none. Use a small piece of self-adhesive tape to remove the protection, this will prevent damage to the watch.

Hi, since android 7.1.1 on all full android smartwatches you can't connect by Bluetooth your phone to read messages or call. If you want to connect your phone via Bluetooth to read messages or call you need a smartwatch full android with android 5.1.

How the battery last using 4G?

The Kospet Prime S has a good battery life in normal mode and excellent battery life in power saving mode which uses the second processor which is used only for this sport mode.
She does not have a always on display and that would not serve her because she does not have an AMOLED screen.

La montre est IP67 selon le revendeur mais par expérience ne la mettez jamais sous l'eau et ne prenez jamais la douche avec.
Elle résistera à la sueur si vous faites du sport avec et aux éclaboussures seulement.
