why do every car company lie about the starting price of pickup trucks. all pickup trucks are advertized 35 ro 45k when you sign up but by the time they come out they are over 100k
Nice vehicles but the Ipad dashboards are getting old in a hurry. Put hard controls for some things and integrate the screens better. I Pad dashboards are a deal breaker for me and so is lack of hard controls.
Think about all the buttons cell phone companies got rid of when they started adding on screen keyboards. Buttons cost money and they are singular purpose.. once the button is printed it only has one use. Software is infinitely adjustable. You're not getting your buttons back so get used to it. 🤷
@@TheMadmax0609 than Im not buying the car and a lot of people are on the same page. A car is not a phone. Companies will bring buttons back if it effects sales, Honda did. It seems highly unlikely to me that Fisker is going to be able to get these to production (soon). They've just started to manufacture the Ocean. Let's first do that at scale and profitably, without going losing insane amounts of money, before promising consumers new models will be released. I don't get the business model of releasing a wide variety of vehicles, when it's proven even making one (and not going bankrupt) is challenging...
this dude is just pretending Tesla doesn't exist lol. we came up with a boot in the front, let's call it froot. we also came up with the idea of making battery cells part of the structure of the car to give us more range, i wonder what we should call this type of battery cells that is part of the structure hmm.
In parts of Europe the trunk is called a boot and the "frunk" has been coined as a "froot". So as a Danish designer, doesn't surprise me he's using the term. Also the Pear does have a very different front trunk drawer instead of what is typically seen. Im interested to see what they are actually doing for the structural battery, but what he gave details on is a slight difference from what Tesla and some Chinese manufacturers are discussing. Im not a huge fan of the idea because it completely removes the replaceability of it.
@@tcampS40 doesn't seem like he gave much details on the structural batteries. my comment is more about how he's making it sound like these are new ideas rather than giving credit to the pioneers or even that froot is already a word being used. and yes in the UK they call it a boot, and in america we even call people's butts their booty

Man this is one of those stupid arguments for the sake of proving someone is wrong. No one cares about a 1890s electric car. 5 miles of range bro? Come on. Just admit you like it
Don’t get too excited, none of these will make it on the roads for another 5 years. I pre-ordered the Fisker Ocean and 2 years later….nothing. I got tired of waiting for it so I canceled it. Either way, the ones that were delivered had many, many issues, including disabled features that YOU paid for. Fisker would be a nice option to revisit when they get their feet moving in the market and can actually deliver a finished product in a timely manner.

This will be, the Alaska is based of the body of the ocean, which Sport model starts at 37k before incentives
I wanted an aptera but that Pear is looking appealing!
FISKER & Aptera are both FRAUDS.
A lot cool ideas but might take five to ten years for mass production and establish service/repair centers
5-10yrs ?! Noway i say 2-4yrs all EV models comes out and 10yrs flying EV everywhere
wow! Done. I will invest in Fisker lifetime! I loved this damn good company!
I canceled all my electric preorders and ordered a pear.
