I felt like I would have nothing to write in my journal. Videos like these are such important reminders that mindfulness also matters. I have also journal writing prompts that will tickle your creative taste buds also (2nd Wednesday) These are different creative outlets that we all enjoy with the rest of the world.

Journaling is the perfect way to express some emotions to let them out of our bodies and onto the page. While you watching, I pulled my bujo out to add a spread to next week. I made a place to purposefully express some gratitude ro help shift my focus from all my daily stressors. ❤❤

Your Friday spread gives me 90s taco bell vibes. I dig it. Journaling has helped me as well. I updated my journal throughout the day for checking in on how I spend my time, this helps with my time blindness as someone who works remotely. But I also have a long form journal and I just started a commonplace journal which I enjoy rereading. I'm enjoying the reflection and rereading.
I started journaling to help with the fog and kayos I have going on in my head to get it down on paper and it helps me so so much to get it out of there and feel less overwhelmed ❤

I LOVE your videos. I am so sorry you are stressed. Feeling overwhelmed and stressed is a horrible thing. Journalling is an excellent way to destress. Deep breathing or any somatic exercise is also extremely helpful. I have struggled with journaling and you make it look so simple. I am gearing up for 2025. Will definitely be ordering stickers at the end of November. Hope you are feeling better. 😊

ALSO, that song was such a trip...my first bassoon teacher's son was friends with the band members, and the band used to practice in my teacher's garage. Probably the coolest thing to come out of Mesa, Arizona lol.

Wish I was artistic like that. Unfortunately my journals are pretty much just a date on the corner, and then a written story of the day or happenings, and very often it turns into complaining about something. I have tried to add some random stickers here and there, but im totally not able to create a themed page like that.

i love this big spread! i’ve noticed your voiceovers have been quite slow recently, i know you try to create a relaxing atmosphere so it could just be that. maybe putting music behind the voiceover would help too? i like the music at the start but then it stops partway through. otherwise i like these interesting ideas you’ve had for journalling ☺️
I appreciate your feedback Olympia! We have have been deliberately making the editing / voiceovers a little slower paced and less rushed/sped up, but didn't mean for the music to be that quiet! I think it just sounded louder in our headphones - will definitely have the background music a bit louder in the next one so it fills some of the empty space a little more

I disagree. Cat mom is a term that's been used for quite some time. For some people, myself included, having a cat isn't just about having a companion but they are also like surrogate children. They are just pets or be described as "just an animal" or "it" ; they're a member of the family. And when you have a cat you're responsible for looking after him/her, basically you're seen as their mom
Please come to know Jesus. He wants to heal you. You have an identity in Christ. Being a follower of Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven. He wants a relationship with you. He laid His life down so you can enter heaven
