Water drinking tip: Always carry a full glass of water with you whenever you're at home. Set it in front of you on your desk, or the kitchen counter, or wherever you currently are. Periodically take a sip. Refill as soon as it's empty. That's how I got in the habit of drinking more water. Some people like to drink a whole glass or two first thing in the morning. I couldn't do that. I think my stomach prefers smaller amounts of water spread out throughout the day.
100% relate to needing a reminder to go outside. I also work from home, since I started having panic attacks. If I don't make it a goal to go outside, I may just forget to leave my house for days (especially since I can get anything I want delivered to my doorstep). I'm going to implement this spread! i loved these sm ! i also work from home, and my posture isn't the best and i have to spend so much time in front of the screen it feels like i'm becoming one with it :( i just got a new planner, so I'll try to work out ways how i can make my days feel a lil bit more meaningful tysm

Kay, I love these double page spreads. You make it look so easy to create! I am disabled and I know I feel better when I make the effort to go outside. It does rain a lot in Wales but that is no excuse. Thank you for this spread I really enjoy your calming voice and doing it in real time. I am currently working on a double page birthday gratitude spread and I am loving it, albeit, taking it very slowly! 😊

This was wonderful Kayla. I love your spreads. This was brilliant. I have a few habits but truthfully I haven't been doing well with anything except exercise and meditation so I am revamping my thoughts and you have helped alot. One of my challenges is drinking water too and because I am challenged with diabetes and a neurological disease it is really important that I drink so I'm going to aim for one glass of water this week too. Reading is something I love that I haven't been doing enough of so that is on the list and I think I am only going to add one more thing. Stay off the computer for 2 hours a day. ;) thanks for your help.
OMG, It's so relatable! I started to use weekly habit tracker back in April this year and it has been a total gamechanger. Before every month I spent at least a minute to critisize myself for abandoning my habit tracker. And this month I've given up on idea to drink a litre of water every day and instead started to track 1 glass a day. Apparently even if you have 3 years of experience with planning and productivity you can find other ways to improve yourself. I work from home, so I have issues with going outside too. Thank you for this video, sometimes it's really important to see that you are not the only one)

Getting a job that requires a lot of talking has really helped me with my water intake lol. I also keep it right in front of me when I'm on the computer and have it decorated in stickers, of course! As well as going for hikes where I need to make sure I'm drinking plenty of water, I now am much better about it overall!

This was a great video! My water goal is 1 bottle of plain water/day! I drink 3-4 when I had the flavor packets because it tastes like kool-aid! But I want to do just water!!! Also no fast food! Not sure of the specifics for that one but I’m working on it.

Girl don't feel bad about the water thing. Literally right when I get up I fill my 40 oz cup with ice water, and I don't start drinking it till later in the night when Im all out of soda. Lol drinking plain water is hard, so I feel you. I honestly rather drink anything else besides water lol also, love how you keep putting the Luna breaks in the video ❤
