- How do you build a rally car?
MvH Rallysport build a M-Sport Poland’s NEW Ford Fiesta Rally4 rally car, to be used on the European rallystages
The movie shows the recap of the build of a rally car ; the rally car bodyshell preperation, rally dampers, engine, wiring loom, parts and livery. A lot of work by MvH Rallysport to build a M-Sport Ford Fiesta Rally4 rally car, ready for the 2022 season with 2 wheel drive, 210bhp and 315Nm of torque.

wtf this is basically magic to me that’s so sick
Awesome
Wow the amount of time that takes, makes worth more buy directly full unit from m sport?
Knowledge is power, the technical knowledge is worth a lot for our team ;-)
@@MvHRallysport totally agree
Are these hubs a 5x108 PCD?
Also, are you using Hoosier tarmac tires as well as their gravel choices?
Only use tarmac Hoosier.
Yes the Hubs are 5x108 PDF and we only use the Rarmac tires from Hoosier, we don't have that mutch gravel in rallies
Any reason why you don’t start with an ST? Regulations?
Correct, you need the homologation car and thats the 3doors 140bhp fiesta st-line
Supposedly, they start with a base Fiesta ST for the R5/Rally 2 cars though. 😉
What do you think was total cost to build the car ?
Much more then priced on the 2nd hand market these days ;-)
Are you forced, by FIA rules, to use the standard, factory Fiesta ST intercooler on these cars, as well as on the R2Ts/Rally 4 cars??
(The size and crimped-on plastic end tanks kind of suggests that. 😉)
We need to use the intercoolers on the car that are in the homologation papers.
