I have these same flares, On the bed if you remove the stock rock- mud guard's the flares fit much better. Keep up the good work. 👍

Looks great, Austin. A minor detail, but an amber corner might actually look nice with the green paint, especially if you add a couple amber round offroad lights to the front bumper too. Love the videos, keep it up!
The flares and grille would have looked alot better in black. That green is to much. But she looks real good
Wasnt too sure on the color matched grill, but after you put it on it looked badass
I feel like the front end would look a lot better if you were to put 35% tint on the blinkers, just enough so it’s still clear enough so people can still see, and it would make it match the headlights too! But keep up the good work, the trucks coming together!!! Can’t wait to see the bumper and new wheels!

For that gap, it it with a heat gun real careful and push the plastic flare into position... Admittedly I don't know what it would do to the Raptor but it works with painted flares

@@austinniemela sure I am, actually yesterday I worked on the suspension of my 91 hilux, my dad (passed away last year) swapped the 4 cil for a non turbo perkins and then for a 3.4L, she needs a lot of work and you motivate me to do it,

The toylet is starting to look pretty clean.
Looks amazing you should put switch back leds in the front signals. Wiper arms and bumpers would look good in black raptor liner. Not sure if I saw the mirrors and handles done either. Just a few ideas.
Maybe some upper hood/ piller lights might look sick too.
Don't forget to fill the screw holes in the flares

With the plastic chrome, I heard people using oven cleaner to strip the chrome off. It was done on plastic model cars. I have not tried it yet.

curious where you get the screws and bolts that you use in your vidoes. For example, I ordered those same headlights but it didn't come with new screws. Unfortunately my OEM ones are completely rusted and stripped out. Thanks!

I really like the look. I think a 92-95 4runner bumper/valance would look great. Also I noticed you didn't install the corner light groments on the headlight doors where the corner lights meet. Any plans to add that along with grill emblem?

Truck looking great, i would have taken off the rear guards so the fender flares would sit more flush. I did that to mine.
Do yours cover the mounting holes for the guards?
On the rear holes yes and a little on the front.

Looking good, with that gap in the fenders, will water collect and build rust? May not be a bad idea to drill a couple drain holes to ensure water doesn’t sit in there

You should rust proof those flare holes you drilled!? they will rust up quick with moisture in wheel arches.

no in the main body which the flares attach to. #bodyPanels

@@austinniemela Yeh but he had to relocate some new holes (as seen) and new exposed metal will rust if not treated :)
