To strengthen your natural nails (plus hair), use Biotin! It also stops your nails getting ridges. My mom hooked me on it. Daily, I take 10,000 mcg, Yes 10,000! You will notice the difference in 3 months. My nails (& hair) grow stronger and faster than normal. I usually get salon acrylic, and we all know how hard that is on nails. But since using Biotin, my nails withstand the process so much better.

I’ve found some really great ones that come in a set on Amazon - just find some with great reviews and a lot of reviews (I tend to only purchase things with an average of 4.5 stars or higher and at least 200 reviews or more. Usually fool proof- especially if there are also lots of photos lol.

I wear a mask when filing and when I can, I do it outside in my back yard. A lot cheaper than a dust collector ☺️
Like your efile,what brand if you see this? I swear all this gel and stuff sticks so bad even when I soak. Real bummer and I don't like the process either
