    So simple and easy but sophisticated! I'm glad that you showed what to do if the client hits their nail in the lamp.I use to redo that whole section of nail art over 😥.This saves so much time.Appreciate you and these tricks ❤

    Love the tip about using acetone around the base of the tip, and not needing to soak everything right off each time. The design is next on my agenda! Love it😊

      I wonder if this would work with Acyrlic by leaving some of the product can it work on Acyrlic soak offs as well ? Or would it effect when applying the glue with the nail

    What?! I thought you always had to soak off- wow! Thanks!! I’m super new to doing nail; just for myself not professionally at all! BUT I get to copy how they do my service at the nail shop.
    Thanks!!!

    Amazing tip. I always wanted to try that but was afraid it would cause lifting. Im definitely trying this next time on a set. It looks seamless! ❤❤

    My fave part of these vids is the e filing. I wonder if you could do asmr versions of these, would probably be less editing too. Thanks for this!

    Hi! What base coat did you put on before putting on the nails? Is that step nesesary?

    So, let me get this strait..... You put the gel x tips over the old tips? After filing most of them down?

    You can use regular gel base coat to apply gel x tips?? I thought you needed builder gel?

    Is there a difference between using the brush to apply acetone than using a lint free wipe? v insightful video btw! I love!

    • @Baddlilthingz
      @Baddlilthingz  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      The brush just makes it more precise. So your able to get in the crease and melt away any small pieces!

    Nice, what rpm are you using to file off product initially?

    Does this type of filing on new sets and fill ins cause that ridge in the natural nail where the new growth and previous nail tip meet?

    Great tutorial… What are you charge for a full set of Gel X? Also what do you charge for the art? I’ve been a nail tech for years, but just introducing Gel X?

    Will it completely ruin a gelx set to file down the length at home? I had a set put on about a week ago for the first time in about a year and they turned out to be longer than my preference (especially after a week of growth). I haven’t seen much online about filing after they’re complete…guessing because it compromises the gel seal 😞

    What e file do you use?

  • @Msfitness3
    @Msfitness3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    I love that idea of rubbing alcohol around the perimeter to melt them together. I'll try that. Also, second question, did you completely remove the previous gel X tip and just leave the base coat on her nail? You said you left a little product on her nail was any of it the previous gel X tip?

    • @Baddlilthingz
      @Baddlilthingz  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you! It was acetone that was rubbed around the edges nor alcohol, but I file down to the gel base coat. I completely remove the tip from the nail!💗

      @@Baddlilthingz yes, of course I meant acetone. And thank you for letting me know you go down to the base coat what a quick reply girlfriend. Thank you.
