I saw in some videos it erases the Data. This could be risky depending on what iPad model you have, i have an iPad Air 2 which is a 2014 model. I dont think this could work on my iPad. For some models it works, for some it erases the data. Sorry to say but this could erase your data as well, so be careful the ones out there.
