Here's a short walkaround, along with some video and photos of our adventures in this 2000 7.3L Powerstroke Sportsmobile RB50 with a Quigley 4x4 Conversion. It was bittersweet to let it go, as we loved this rig and it was a blast to own and drive, but we had another baby and needed to upgrade to something more practical for a family of 4. We had previously taken it to Utah, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and throughout Colorado, putting roughly 15,000 miles on it in a year.
We bought it from the original owner down in San Diego where it had been traveling between Baja and Utah. The Quigley 4x4 system with the LSD and 35" 3-Peak Mountain Snow Flake (3PMSF) rated Mickey Thompson Baja Boss All-Terrain tires made it very stable in every condition we encountered on the road and on the trail.
It came with all the maintenace records and receipts from the original owner, so we took just as good of care as he did. As soon as we bought it at 103k miles, we had the fluids checked and/or changed in the differentials, transfer case, and transmission. Then we had a brand new windshield installed, along with new tires, wheels, ceramic tint, speakers, head-unit, and exterior lighting. Maintenance was all kept up with engine oil, oil filter, fuel filter changes and tire rotations every 5,000 miles.

Do you have a dream truck or van that you've wanted to buy, but haven't?

Likewise! I'm happy to have owned one and might try to buy it back at some point. The current owner is using it to trailer his rock crawler around the states.😎🤙

Hello Is this Sportsmobile for sale? Were there any upgrades to the Quigley 4x4 that allow 35" tires?

It was, but sold very quickly. No mods to the Quigley suspension to fit 35s. Replaced it with a new F350 and Lance truck camper, which I'll upload a walkaround before too long.

      For a low-mileage 7.3L around $65-85k depending on condition.
