holy shit. it boggles my mind that my tundra could probably do this. similar configuration to yours. cool video of some intense offroading. must be nice not to have to deal with salt on the roads everywhere.
Inspirational to see a Tundra do this! Looks like there was another crew cab Tundra in the background with custom bed tray, possibly a frame chop? Do you know anything about that one? Thanks!
I’m sitting here watching this video with my wife sitting next to me. With every bump and scrape she’s saying “nope! You’re not doing that to out Tundra” 😂 In this video what mods have you done? I’m assuming the auto LSD has been replaced with a true locker. If so, what locker? Stock gear ratio too?
Hello, I have method wheels 18x9 +25 with 35’s bmc and trimmed the pinch weld. You mentioned in another comment you have 37’s. You’re able to get full articulation with no rub at all?
That is correct, the alignment is what helped move the tire away from the body mount. At factory specs the tire will still rub the body mount when turning so your alignment shop would need to make the final adjustments.
Once on the highway I can stay around 14-15mpg loaded. But I keep my mph between 70-75. If I drive slow say around 70 and under my mpg can stay above 15 pretty reliably.
It’s on the stiffer side. It was super harsh when the springs were first new. But I’ve had them for a few years and they’ve softened up (or I just got used to it) but early on it was quite rough.
Legend move there! 2007 5.7L owner here. Thanks for representing!
Didn’t know a Tundra could do that well on the trails 👌 I kind of want one now.
I’m just here to inspire 👍
Great driving, love the "screeeeech"! dragging the bed off the obstacle.

You should totally get out there and do some crawling man. Trucks are plenty capable 🤙🏽
Wow! That’s bloody impressive!!😲😲👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks!
What a beast man! Has great approach and departure angles for what it is! Great footage! Always down to Sub for some Toyota Wheeling content! 🤙🏽
Thanks! I appreciate it. The approach and departure was definitely two of the things I spent a fair amount of time on thinking to maximize them.
Cybertruck got stuck immediately and had to be rescued by a real truck *TUNDRA*
2nd gens can do it too!
Good Stuff 👍
Tundra did great

Yes, the other Tundra is weil303 on Instagram.

Never mind. Just subscribed and found your other videos
No problem, sorry for the delay. But yes it’s an Eaton e-locker and 5.29’s 👍

@@beehivetundrathanks for the response and have a great day
Love it. What lift? BMC? Wheel offset? Thanks man
3” OME lift with 18x9 +25 wheels and an aggressive BMC
I have a 2nd gen tundra wanna do a similar build for some long long trips just wondering the MPG when your loaded down?

Hows does your suspension ride off-road? Is it smooth? Planning to get same set up but with 35s

Where can I find and get those bumpers
I built them myself so they’re one-offs. I could build another ser but they would have to be shipped and that’s probably expensive.
What size tires? Front and rear bumper? Lockers?
37’s, built my own bumpers, rear locker
😂 thats what she said!!
Did you make the rear bumper? We missed the walk around of that!
I did. Good call out. I’ll see if I can put together a video of it 🤙🏽
