- These are the settings I'd recommend you change as soon as you get a new Samsung TV. They'll be similar across the range, not just for the T5300 which I show here. However, higher-end models will have a lot more in the way of motion control options, which I don't cover in this video, but will usually recommend you turn off.
Other than the settings I cover in this video, I’d also recommend taking a look at the 2 Eco settings, potentially turning off Ambient Light Detection and Motion Lighting. This will increase power consumption, but the picture will look brighter & more vibrant. For occasional use in a bedroom, I’d prefer it looks its best over saving a few pennies on electricity.
i have a strange problem with this tv, as most of the functions from the colour down isn't available
That's the same problem I have! I'm trying to figure out this nonsense, but no one seems to know anything yet!
Do you recommend this tv?
This T5300 1080p and the cu7000 low end 4k are similarly priced.
I don't need 4k too. I would have went with the cu7000 but afraid base ps4 would look soft and smeared with grease upscaled to 4k.
I have this TV and it's a nightmare: the lack of brightness is so important that it's almost impossible to watch dark or night scenes in movies comfortably. I didn't have this issue with my old 43K5100 budget samsung TV. The T5300 is no more than a piece of junk, shame on you samsung, please stop downgrading your budget series or leave this sector for no name brands.
Thanks brother 🙏
You're welcome 😊
@@Endpoint101have any differences with model t5300 in 2020 ?
Whats the difference between contrast and contrast enhancer
Contrast Enhancer will make dark areas darker and bright areas brighter.. it’s generally not a good thing, so keep this setting on Low, or turn it off entirely.
@@Endpoint101 There is no way to turn this off on my TV, even in the secret menu I guess....
