      mujhe pata hai aapka dard. mess ka khana tasty nahin hota hai. bahut cheeze bana sakte hain kettle se. Agar rice cooker le lo to aur bahut kuch ban jayega (maine poori series banayi hai is par) par thodee jagah chahiye saman rakhne ko. God bless you.

    Ise half use karke baki store karke rakh sakte hai kya kaise rakhe kitne din tak use kare ye bhi bataye

      Rakh sakte hain. Air tight Containers mein. Jitna dry hai utna safe hai, jaise poha. Akele hain to chhote packet khariden jo ek person ke liye hain phir kyon jarurat padegi khule part ko store karne ki.

      sab items par manufacturing date aur expiry date likhi hoti hai. zyadatar items kaafi lambe samay tak store kiye ja sakte hain.

      bina fridge ke bhi rakh sakte hain bahut packets. Inki life packet par likhi hoti hai. Jinme milk powder zyada hai unhen nami aur garmi se bachayen, jismen oil content zyada hai wo zyada garmi se kharab hoga. Life lambi hai isliye zaroorat ka ya usase thoda zyada bhi layenge to kharab naheen hoga.

      yah is bat par depend karta hai ki aapka weight nutrition ke karan kam hai ya kisi aur karan se. agar nutrition se kam hai to khurak badhane se fayda hoga, ismen protein, oils, carbohydrate ka balance hona chahiye. Non-veg hain to eggs kha sakte hain, kisi dietrician ya doctor se salah lain.

      Dodh daliya khaya kar bhai . Boiled eggs khaya kar ....brown bread 🍞 omelet khaoo ......morning mein add two bananas 🍌 or any other fruit like apples 🍎 desi ghee ka bana hua paratha with fresh yogurt ....hostels mein refined oil ke parathey miltey hai toh ghar se desi ghee lekar aao saath......have some dry fruits with yourself...don't eat processed foods instant foods etc they will eat your health and fitness. Yaad rakho ...fitness hai toh sab khuch hai ....ghar se bahar aaye ho job karne ya padhai karne ...toh khud hee dhyan rakhna padega ....or net pe milne waali jaankari 90%juth hoti hai ..jaise ye aunty ji eggs ko non veg bol rahi hai aise heee white eggs are completelyvegetarian....just be natural eat healthy eat natural foods.
