Dry roast toor dal on a low flame until it is fragrant. Add all the other ingredients except jaggery and roast them too. 2. Remove, cool and grind into a powder. 3. Now, for the tadka, add oil, hing, jeera, curry leaves and chillies. Once they splutter, add the ground sambar mix and turn off the flame. 4. Cool, mix in jaggery and in an airtight container. 5. To make the sambar, heat oil, add in shallots, tomatoes and saute well. Add all the other veggies and water. Give a good mix and add the sambar mix. 6. Cook for 7-8 mins, finish with coriander leaves and enjoy with idlis, dosas or as you like. 7. Enjoy! Dry roast daalia & peanuts well until fragrant. Keep the flame low. 2. Add all other ingredients except salt and sugar and roast until they are fragrant and the chillies and curry leaves are crispy & dry. Then, add in salt and sugar. Mix well. 3. Remove and cool the mixture before grinding. 4. Grind into a fine powder. Add tadka to this. 5. For the tadka, heat oil and add the mustard seeds. Once it crackles, add curry leaves, chillies and pour this on to the chutney mix. 6. Combine it well and store in an air tight container. 7. I hav been planning to hav own homemaden all type biriani masla, mix, pachforon, powder things, all type sauces, etc as i didnot want to hav/use these from outsde/packaged/unknown, i had masla stocking nature bfre though i was not into cooking.
This time can vary depending on the cut , size , etc. it can take upto 2 hours at low temperature in the oven.. Sometimes even longer. It should feel dry

Mayb cool dark place me store karna. But daal things might b affected by bad things,,so early using along handling safely
