Do I have this right that there is softness in homes with an avg price of 500K and presumably above? I do agree with you about this market getting back to normal conditions. Kevin Festner Thank you for your kind words! Yes you are correct the market is definitely softer about 500 K. But this is quite normal as there is far less of a buyer pool for those prices of homes.
