Yes there is a little bit of lag, I would definitely suggest manual over auto There will not be much of a difference in economy but in terms of driving manual definitely is better than auto😃😁😄
At the start of the video the digital display gave 10.2kmpl by the end of the video it was 9.2kmpl. in South Africa a relative of mine took a test drive in the less powerful petrol automatic in light city traffic and got 14.3kmpl. on the open road or highway at between 90 and 100 you should get a lot more say 18 or 19 kmpl.
