I personally liked the front design. Also i liked the white interiors. Yes they are difficult to maintain, but the cabin feels very spacious and premium.

But problem is, brand can exist any time from india due to lack in sell, i afraid that, and lack in useful features like 360 camera and camera quality in terms of other brands(specially hyundai and tata), ac isnt that effective, with blind spot, or else no one can beat german twins, in terms of driving
@@abhishekpati217 I felt camera etc are just gimmicks even 22 wheels truck and bus like big vehicle don't have any camera and sensors they can handle...and we need camera for a 4m vehicle 😂😂 ...always remember more features, more complex, more sensors and more problems...I said useless overhyped features....they just shine in our eyes for 1 months after that...we won't even see those features... drive, comfort, handling, chassis are more important

I got this car mainly only for rear seat comfort and white interior. I have even put ice gray seat covers to put more light colour. Sit in the Nexon and Grand Vitara and then sit in the 3XO -> you will feel huge difference .. it's just awesome. You can spend monthly Rs. 1000 approx to maintain the interior that that feel good factor.
I liked the overall design of 3XO that's why I booked AX7 MT TGDi. As he said, I felt like it's mini XUV 700.
Only one criticism of 3Xo, they have not given the GDi engine with AX5 and MX3. It is available at AX5L only. And at 14 lakh it is very expensive. I think that it should have been available from AX5 or even as an option in MX3.

If you are ok with lower milage then this is the best car.. in this segment.. just buy it.. no comparison in any area except lower milage. .. Any ways who wants milage they buy Maruti and if you want milage then dont expect the experience

Ventilated seats are more useful while Sunroof is not in Indian climate.
Bigger Cabin space is more useable than small boot, as full boot space is rarely used.
Long gear with high torqe engine is very useful for city drive.
ADAS in this segment is very welcome addition.
One BIG drawback is reliability issue. Acreen malfunction is very common issue , even the link rod issue of XUV 300 is also occurring in 3X0. Mahindra (even TATA) should drastically improve quality to compete with Japanese even Koreans.
I think they have compromise with the overall length...XUV ka road par itna presence nahi dikhta as compare to Sonet,Seltos,Brezza,Vitara...I feel its length is little bit shorter even than Nixon...what you say?pl reply

Yes, 3990, so shorter than Nexon, looks according to me is awesome from front and back, but from side it's disproportionate, may be due to their Tivoli adoption which was a bigger car

I totally Agree with the Design comments you are Stated. The front shape was far better in XUV 300 COMPARED TO THIS ONE. ALSO REAR SHAPE IS NOT VERY ATTRACTIVE
Avoid this car they have multiple issues ...door noise .. dashboard noise.. infotainment not working...i am saying from my own experience...own 15 days old car
They should have added traction control as a default feature for all variants. Currently it's there only from AX5
Do you understand base variant ? You want traction control in basement variant. Some will want sun roof in all variant and so on..
Traction control is an active safety feature, they said safety features will be there in all variants, don't know why it's tough to include traction control but can include sunroof from second base! Preferences may be
Car is missing some features which were launched with other brands more than a year ago. Boot lamp, ventilated seats, puddle lamp, D-cut stearing, auto-start from key, adjustable back seat are some of them.

How did you feel the suspension was in compariosn to Nexon, it feels soft for city so all potholes of Bengaluru was being felt. Did you feel the same???? High speeed it adjusts automaticcaly I felt. Your inputs on this?

I agree with you that the exterior look is quite polarising but then Mahindra unlike Tata has never really been known for good design !
From the XUV 400 and 500 to the 700, its recent models are marked by an overdose of lines and curves as if some rookie designer was trying too hard to impress the boss ! It doesn't have the elegance of Tata's modern design language evident in the recent Nexon, Harrier and Safari .
The one negative you didn't list was that mileage is not reported to be 3XO's strong suit, atleast by its owners.
But with its other strengths that you mentioned including a cutthroat price, the 3XO has managed to sweep aside the competition , forcing customers to overlook Mahindra's sub-par service and ownership experience.
Common knowledge that TATAs service/ownership experience is worser than Mahindras. Mahindra is considered second worst. Mileage is also not a strong point of Tatas. Safety-wise both are similar. Only Mahindras design are more polarising and can be considered a negative over Tatas. Engines/Performance is the strongest point of Mahindras even when compared to Korean/Japanese. They are able to compete with Germans in this area.
What would be mileage for automatic both the engines, city and highway
There should be models without sunroof and one Optional model for those who want.
I agree that Mahindra should have gone with a different design for the front of 3xO, 300s front looked better. But from the back at least 3xO looks better.
I feel like just because they had to go with C shaped DRL design for all their new SUVs, they messed up the front design. New Kia Sonet also has a C shaped DRL face that looks a lot better.
Also, I don't think this car looks small, in person this looks like a big and wide car.
All white interiors is a negative and will be hard to maintain, I saw that even on the cars in the showroom the white interiors started getting dirty.
But I have heard that Mahindra is going to give black materials in future atleast for the floor area.
You are right the car's exterior proportions are not that perfect so it doesn't look that appealing, but once you sit inside and start driving then it is excellent. One issue is that you will be forced to purchase a sunroof version from ax5 ax7 and any automatic version. They simply don't have any non sunroof version in higher variants. Rest all is good with this car
Mileage with automatic diesel is far better than Nexon it comes around 15 for city if it's highway 25 easily will get if we drive it smoothly
I will be extremely grateful (hopefully many others), if you could do one episode on future perspective in terms of a car's resale value. With all the changes that are about to happen in engine types, fuel and transmission. And should we just hold on to our cars until BS 7 starts or buy second hand cars until then.

Those of you who are commenting about the disproportionate looks for xuv 3xo should realise that xuv 300 is a cut down version of tivoli ....so it will remain the same and if at all u need to see a complete makeover then mahindra will have to start from scrap again....... investment for the same is not justified.
I personally loved the benefits of a longer wheelbase ,but mahindra spoiled the same with underwhelming seats both at rear and front...they should focus on providing seats with better cushioning and under thigh support .

Booked MX1 and got delivered within 20 days, getting a mileage of btn 14-15 at around n above 50-60kmph and 12.5-13 in city drive under 40kmph. Only felt little bad that seats are not hight adjustable though I'm 5'10 , and yes there's no USB charging slot that's the worst feeling. persona on driving seat won't have any problem coz when you drive it's fucking amazing, no comparison.

Mahindra cars have all interior with beige and white. They are just showcasing the space and giving less importance to practicality. All are marketing gimmicks. Hope the next batch of cars will have dark interiors.

Natural aspirated mileage of petrol?
I guess M n M was not all ready or had no confidence on this car. Showed people 50k bookings in 1 hours and now failed to deliver car on time. It has been close to 4 months of 3xo Ax5 upon dealership recommendation saying base version would take at least 8 months and Ax5 would be delivered within 2 months and yet no proper updates or response by M n M or dealership. Worst customer support experience.

Worst mileage in petrol even on highway ? And bad service experience? I had a friend who had to leave his car in service centre for 4 days for first major service.

Nahi bhai, use hard nahi weight kehte, hain wo road se mile feedback ke liye hota hai. Aur ye to sighspeed par bhi light feel karti hai, isse bhi zyada weight accha lagta hai.
Sunroof in low variants and no ventilated seats is not specific to mahindra. No maker is giving that.

3XO is over hyped. Also, the base variant of this car is a myth. No one is getting MX1 before 9-10 months. And the biggest mistake of Mahindra is to offer uselss sunroof from base+1 model. People like me who hate sunroof can't buy this call at all. Don't know why Mahindra thinks that everyone needs a sunroof.
thanks for giving info on the waiting period, I am considering MX1, but I will not wait 9-10 months! Moreover, I tend to not trust there deadlines as a friend had his delivery postponed several times (that was on the 300)
+1 on the sunroof: more heat if you keep it open, and they tend to leak after a few years.
@@tankachen true. My friend booked 3XO AX7 and they said the waiting period is 10 weeks. He waited for 2.5 months and now they are saying that he has to wait for another 6 months. I asked for MX1 and they said wait period is 1 year. Then I booked MX2 Diesel and they said we have a car ready and I will give you in 2 days. After 10 days of excuses, they said I must wait until February next year. Why did you launch the vehicle if you can't fulfil the requirement? No matter how amazing 3XO is, what would the benefit be if we had to wait for a year? Do they know how many new models will come in one year?

Aap ne non-turbo word use kiya. Jab ki sabhi three engines turbo hain. MPFI turbo, GDi turbo and diesel turbo

What you said is absolutely right. The interior colour of 3XO could be dark, practically, white is not at all good and involves high and repeated maintenance. Beige, Grey or black would have been great. Why is Mahindra doing like this I do not understand.
