The thing is, i mostly listen to classical music, 99% from Mozart, but this song, this is just something different, even if its nowhere from classical. Music for me isnt an everyday event, i sometimes become addicted, and then let it go for another 3-5 years. Ive listened to skrillex almost all the time when i was in elementary, and only skrillex. I remember a lot of music he made, but this, this is the only one i keep listening year after year, and i was so happy when this song was running through my head a year or two ago, so i could save it for later. Im back again in 2024, and this is insane how much time passes. I was just looking at the old pictures from 10 years ago, school photos, and if that wasnt enough nostalgia, this is the cherry on the top. Well done Skrillex, you've made something special. Nobody can only mimic this feeling what this song gives, and the clip just matches the whole vibe, it feels 100% complete. Impressive to think about that almost everyone who is in the video, has children, family, a life, and not this type of lifestyle anymore. Damn, i love life, but sometimes i just wish i could travel back for just a moment in time.

Durante a época dos 12 até os 16 anos eu fui um verdadeiro fã de skrillex, escutava dubstep o dia inteiro e essa música tem um significado muito especial pra mim hoje em dia. Tô na época de faculdade e pretendo colecionar boas memórias daqui pra frente. Espero que façam o mesmo. Hola, te saluda otro fan hispanohablante de Skrillex y sobre todo de esta canción. Es bueno saber que en algún momento, en algún día una hora o situación coincidimos en escuchar esta canción en el 2013 y sus años posteriores. Quizá estás aquí por la mera nostalgia por recordar lo que fue un gran momento en tu pasado. En lo personal, me refugio aquí recordando los buenos y malos momentos que tuve cuando escuchaba estas canciones en mi caso mientras iba en secundaria, ahora solamente trabajo desde mi casa y sigo confinado por la pandemia deseando en algún momento retomar mi ritmo de vida normal. Tu sigue disfrutando tus momentos, no te sientas mal si esta canción te hace recordar algún momento en el cual eras feliz y quizá no lo sabías. Alégrate de poder regresar y tener ese recuerdo, ese punto de retorno y seguir con tu vida. This song came out at the end of 2011, I remember being very heavy into dubstep at the time and when this song came out it was practically on repeat constantly. Just such a switchup from all the other dubstep I listened to at the time. 2011 - 2012 Was my freshman year of high school. Now i'm sitting here, about to turn 27 and reminiscing on the good days. I never kept in contact with any of the buddies I used to chill with and listen to this stuff with, and I figured out a while ago that that's okay. My current friends are into dubstep and indie music too and it was so nice to re-live some of my past by listening to this. Hang in there y'all! Reflection of the past can be painful but you just gotta focus on the good times now and the ones to come!
I don’t understand why people don’t get the nostalgia of it. What a time for good music ❤11 years of this,I still get goosebumps every time I watch the video. I definitely wasn't partying when this came out as I was still about 15 or so, but staying up late listening to this and enjoying it in the moment. I still come back every once in a while to relive the nostalgia. Don't be sad because that time in our lives is over, but be happy because we even got to experience it.
