Better use ENO .. use of ENO our bread will become more fluffy. Tis is is gluten free bread that why need extra rising stuff.

Not needed.. I made millet salad, ice cream etc. all came out very nicely. 😊

Curd made by soya milk and coconut milk or soya milk. They both can get easily in market .
