Hello, It’s completely normal for quick breads/ no yeast breads to have a slight crack from the side in the oven , as the outer crust sets more quickly than the interior. When bread rises from the inside as heat pierces, it hits the already set crust apart.
Hi! I hate to ask about replacement of the main ingredient… but its difficult to find where I live… can the ragi flour be replaced with atta, or kuttu ka atta, which I do get here..? Thanks!🌺
Hey, yes you can definitely swap ragi with chapati atta or any other millet like jowar/bajra. I haven’t baked this bread with kuttu atta yet but I believe it will work as well in the place of ragi.

If we dont have oats then can replace with whaet floor.
Yes oat flour can be replaced with wheat flour.
