Gluten free millet jowar bread-
Ingredients-
Jowar flour / sorghum flour- 2 cups
Instant yeast- 1.5 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Pshyllium husk/ isabgol- 2 tbsp
Water - 2 cups
Oil- 2 tbsp

Very gud recipe! Jst one query , do we ve to bake with both heating rods on or just the bottom?
Bottom rod for first 20 minutes
Last 5 minutes you can put both rod on.

Since you said we can use any millet flour its a versatile recipe which can be extended with many flavourings and seed toppings. I have two questions. Will this work with brown rice/red rice/rajgira/kuttu flour? Would you happen to have a yeast free, gluten free vegan millet bread on your channel? If so could you share?

Did you use lower rod for baking??
For first 20 minutes use lower rod it will help to rise and baking from down to up.
Last 5 minutes use both rods which helps baking top and giving a perfect golden brown top.
The bread doesnt rise or remains undercooked!!
