I have the same filter for My 2003 Warrior and I have no issues
Nice video. If you tip the quad up on its side you don't have to drain the oil to change the oil filter. A trick my mechanic showed me.
Thanks. What you say is true, but I wouldn't tip it too far or you will get some oil in the head.
I found the filter guide complete assembly OEM on Ebay for under 100 in april of 2021. My 88 warrior just didn't have an air filter. when I opened the air box for the first time I was like damn more money already lol. They sell it in pieces but the end cap would probably help the kn stay in better and it's like 15 bucks. Or cardboard pieces and a little tape and wedge it in there. That should be cheap enough if not close at hand already lol.
Thats a pretty nice warrior. Banshee shocks fit and will give you a more plush ride vs stockers.

Tip next time for the air filter, instead of using a rag to pinch it, use grease to seal it, will do a better job of keeping dirt and mud out anyway

Riding that fast around all those trees for your safety I suggest you get some ear protection. No need to worry about the brakes as you can just find a tree to stop you. That carb sure made a huge difference in the way it runs. Great fix. Just don't hurt yourself.
I can't comprehend if you're joking or being genuine, or a little of both. I tried to tell you on the last video that I have extensive experience riding, that I used to ride like this all the time. If what I'm doing in this videos looks dangerous to you, then you definately don't want to see how I ride on a trial in the woods. 😅 But again, I'm a seasoned veteran on these- I know what I'm doing, and this one is actually a lot slower than what I used to have lol. Thanks for your concern, but I'll be fine as I'm no rookie at riding them.

@@BuckeyeBallistics A little of both. Pretty sure ear protection wouldn't help much if you hit one of those trees. Just concerned for your safety. Even if you are a pro accidents do happen. Just have fun and be careful as you can.
I thought maybe you were saying ear protection from the sound of the exhaust bouncing off of the trees and damaging my hearing; I was completely lost. And absolutely, pro's still wreck (because they push harder). I just didn't want you to think I was some yayhoo who just got his first atv and was gonna kill himself on it being dumb.
I also have a 350 it has an oil leak
I have a 02 warrior was running great next thing you know it wouldn’t turn on found out it was the stator put a new one... fires right up but now when I push the throttle it gives up..WHAT DO YOU THINK IS WRONG?
Was your OEM throttle cable long enough to make a good fit even with that new carburetor's longer tube? I got a new carb from zoom zoom parts, but since its tube is longer, the throttle cable isn't long enough to fit all the way in
My memory is vague on this because it's been a few years, but I don't recall having any issues. I also vaguely recall the issue you mention on some of the reviews for other carbs, so I probably bought the one I did based off of the reviews and it not having this issue...

mine was running fine but the carb was leaking so i bought a new carb and put it on and then it would drive for like 10 seconds and die so i switched out the jet and now it will barley start and when it does it only idles and womg take any throttle without dying any ideas?
Yeah, cheap carb. I would fix up the original- they are like $400 for a new one. I chose the cheap carb that I did after hours of research, to make sure what happened to you didn't happen to me. There is a link in the description for the carb that I used. I will say however, that if I suddenly jab the throttle wide open at low rpms, that it trys to stall out (because it is a cheap carb). Other than that, it runs perfect with the one that I bought.
What are the specs of the oil that you put in it ?
Yamalube 10w-40.

The oil plug needs a seal and it burns a little. She's a fixer upper...
As soon as I turn the gas on it dumbs out the run off what do you recommend
Float bowl/float needle stuck. Disassemble and clean carb or replace.

The float? I'm sure it's not hard to find if you simply search "stuck float fix" or "how to fix stuck float needle" or something similar. Carbs on small engines are all pretty much the same design, so it doesn't have to be specifically a Warrior video to see what you need to do. As for replacing the carb, well, I did that in this video. You can get a new carb on amazon for $30-$40. I think I spent a little more though because I bought a better one.

Mine keeps accelarted.. when i accelerated just a litle bit it keeps like really accelerated so its the carburator?

@@BuckeyeBallistics oh besides that... it has another problem.. when i try to put it on neutral it doesnt work i do t know if it the need of oil or a cable of the neutral its weird because when i put it on reverse i cant put it back on forward and the light of neutral doesnt turn un when i try to put it on neutral its so hard and weird.. maybe it could need some oil right? Because the shifts it does them just fine except when i try to put it on neutral
Mine did that too, common problem for older bikes that have been ran hard.

Also there should be an idle screw so you can adjust the idle

We were discussing the idle screw- what you are talking about is the mixture screw which it may or may not have. I know the basics of a carburetors, but I haven't messed with them enough to be able to tell you right where it is off the top of my head. Try googling or youtube search warrior 350 mixture screw/location...

Yeah, probably was- this thing was a barn find which is why I had to do all this to it to get it running good. I put new tires on it a few months later and ran it all over the Hatfiled McCoys and Perry State Forest...

That is correct sir! I don't recall seeing "how to" anywhere in the title, do you? It's called taking you along for the adventure, which I might add is pretty much what all the biggest and most successful channels do. They are "watch me" channels, not educational channels. Literally 90% of youtube is entertainment, not education.
Now I do have a ton of "how to" videos on this channel, but no this one is no such video (and never claimed to be).
